This 1-2 day experiential workshop is designed to stretch your repertoire of
problem-solving tools and help groups think creatively about potential solutions
to real-life problems. Our graphic approach enables groups to see the “big
picture,” make connections across ideas, and visualize holistic causes and
breakthrough solutions. After learning a cyclical model, you will have a chance
to test drive a variety of graphic problem-solving tools. Designed for anyone
facing organizational problems and decisions.

PROCESS MAPS 101


FOR SHORT AND LONG-TERM CHANGE PROCESSES

If you need to design and communicate a multi-layered change process or work
project over time, this one-day workshop will give you the time and skills to
create your own process map. A process map can be helpful to map out anything
from a one-day retreat to a two-year research or implementation process. This
workshop is geared for leaders, project managers, senior teams, consultants,
and anyone else trying to visualize a complex process on one page.

Outcomes

•  Learn a conceptual model for designing a process map

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

FOR ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANTS AND LEADERS

This is not your basic leadership training! We begin with our internal values
and callings as fertile soil for our own leadership development. This two-day
workshop combines hands-on learning with critical readings in living systems
theory, organizational development, and more.

ON FIRE

REKINDLING PERSONAL STRENGTH IN A WORLD OF UNREST

This weekend retreat is designed to find strength together to address
personal, community, and global issues. During the weekend, participants
form a temporary community and try out variety of ways to express their
views, from reflective writing to dialogue to painting. There is also time for
horseback-riding and spontaneous hikes at the beautiful Highland Ranch in
rural Northern California.

PRINCIPLES OF GRAPHIC FACILITATION

The Principles of Graphic Faciliation Workshop combines the theory and
practice of graphic facilitation with the fundamentals of graphic recording. Key
outcomes include understanding a process leadership model, developing skills
in public listening, recording ideas on large murals and using large pre-
structured templates to guide discussions.


STRATEGIC VISIONING

The Grove’s Strategic Visioning Workshop, integrates best practices
from strategic planning, visioning, large-scale change, and graphic
facilitation methodology. No graphic skills are needed. The workshop
is targeted for those who have facilitation experience. Recommended
for consultants, organizational strategists and process managers who
wish to learn a compelling approach to setting and aligning organizational
