Tomi Nagai-Rothe brings a grounded, spirited and thoughtful presence to her work. She began using visual facilitation to foster thoughtful conversations in organizations 25 years ago. As a lifelong learner and teacher, she has trained over 700 people to use big picture graphics to build shared understanding.
Most recently, Tomi led the Fellows Program and developed curriculum for CORO Northern California, a leadership non-profit that trains high school students, young adults and career professionals. Prior to CORO, Tomi re-designed the Principals of Graphic Facilitation Workshop, led dozens of workshops and was a senior consultant and workshop director at The Grove Consultants International.
As the Director of Teaching & Learning for Leapfrog, Tomi provides instructional design for workshops, develops learning materials
and helps determine client learning needs. She also offers visual meeting design and facilitation, coaching and mentoring.
